Patient and Family Advisory Council
Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi is looking for volunteers to join the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) and help to improve the quality of care for all patients and family members.
PFAC members provide a voice that represents patients and families of patients who receive care at Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi, and work with clinic doctors, nurses, staff and administrators to help improve the quality of our clinic’s care.
Patient and Family Advisory Council meetings will provide an effective mechanism for receiving and responding to patient input and will result in more efficient planning to ensure that services really meet beneficiary needs. The council will promote respectful, effective partnerships between patients and healthcare professionals. Meetings will offer a forum for developing creative, cost-effective solutions to problems and challenges faced by NHCCC and its beneficiaries. Improving customer service and enhancing the NHCCC healthcare experience will be a focal point of the PFAC.
For more information, or to find out how to join the PFAC, contact the NHC Corpus Christi Health Benefits Advisor at 361 961 2810 or email
