The Branch Health Clinic, Kingsville is located within Naval Air Station Kingsville providing exceptional outpatient medical care to active duty military personnel, retirees and their family members. Are you interested in receiving the COVID-19 Vaccine?
COVID-19 vaccines will be available, beginning April 9, at Naval Branch Health Clinic Kingsville for all TRICARE eligible beneficiaries age 18 and older.

Vaccinations are being administered by appointment only. Patients wishing to schedule a vaccination appointment can do so now by going online at https://informatics-stage.health.mil/KingsvilleCOVIDApp/ or by calling the NBHC Kingsville COVID hotline at 361-516-6161 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Patients are asked to bring their DoD ID card and a completed DHA form 207 with them to their vaccination appointment. DHA Form 207 can be downloaded here: https://www.health.mil/Reference-Center/Forms/2021/03/25/DHA-Form-207-COVID-19-Vaccine-Screening-and-Immunization-Document

NBHC Kingsville will be administering the Moderna vaccine. For information about this vaccine, visit the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/Moderna.html
Clinic staff will contact patients directly to schedule appointments for the second vaccine dose.

As a reminder, all personnel are required to wear a face mask at all times while inside the clinic facility.

**After Hours Care:  If you are experiencing an ACUTE illness or injury please contact the Nurse Advice line at 1-800-TRICARE or 1-874-2273, Option 1. The Nurse Advice Line (NAL)  will assist in home care instructions, schedule an appointment at Branch Health Clinic Kingsville, or direct you to an Urgent Care or Emergency Room.
